Maine Pics, Day Three!

To the lighthouse! You know you're in Maine then you see this on the shore. For the record, I saw two live crabs, both in front of the B&B. One was as small as my thumbnail.

The following pics have a story! On this night, at the spot, Steff decided to take pictures of the bridge. So, she borrowed my camera and walked down to the flooding dock and hung out as far as she could to try to capture the bridge. The dock bounced back and forth, as did the pole she hung onto and I said a little prayer for my camera.

I'm so little! Great shots, though, even the night ones, even if I couldn't actually get the bridge in.

The funny thing is that the rocks didn't seem THAT big when we were there and you were climbing on them. I'm sad that I didn't follow up, but I was worried about my crappy ankles and my bad hiking shoes. My shoes then were a size or a half too big on my left foot, so it moved around a bit in the shoe and caused my aches random pain.

I got new shoes just the other week and it's cleared up the pain there. They're just a bitch to break in and so the ball of my foot hurts now. Go figure.
