Stupid Katie

teddogOkay... so I'm asleep this morning, having some odd but interesting dream about a crossover between The Prisoner, Neopets, the now closed local arcade and GameFAQs.com. Then all of a sudden this music starts up. Scary music from the movie Grease. It was Born to Hand Jive to be exact.
Having music in a dream is fairly normal for me, but then it became a 30s styled musical number starring all the villians from the Lucas empire. No kidding. The Stormtroopers from Star Wars and the Nazi soldiers from the Indy movies were backup dancers and it featured cameos by everyone else. Right before LeChuck's big finale, I woke up and thought "What the crap was that all about?".
I look over and Katie is playing a MP3 of "Born to Hand Jive". Grrr... Evil, evil Katie.
It's very hot today. Yesterday it was really cold. I wish the weather would decide on what it wants to be when it grows up.
Am I the only one who sees something similar between the end credits of the TV series Amazing Stories and the end credits of the game Maniac Mansion: Day of the Tentacle? In both cases it's a view of a horizon from a rooftop, but in Amazing Stories you see a sunset and in DOTT you see a sunrise. I know that The Dig was supposed to be an episode of Amazing Stories that grew out of control... but why have something like that in DOTT?
Oh and who in the fandom started the rumour that Purple Tentacle is killed at the end of DOTT? He isn't! He just lost the arms and intelligence he gained from drinking the sludge. Purple's future selves are destroyed for the same reason: no sludge = no race around time and space. Purple is fine, he's just back to his original form. END OF STORY!
::cough:: Although you could question the fact we don't see the Purple from 2192 (or whenever) disappear and that it appears that time and space weren't totally corrected.
