Pasta salad. One bag of tri-color pasta. Various ingredients you can add are: Diced tomatoes, cubed cheese, olives (black or green), cubed pepperoni, sliced mushrooms and just about anything else you can think of. Top with Italian dressing of your choice. Probably my favorite summer dish ever.
