I looked into the Trek fic stuff and it appears I was right - most of it isn't posted. I can tell you off the top of my head that there's over 20,000 words written for the mirror universe arc, but they need to be edited.

For what is up and readable, I know I have some material around but I really need to sit down and set up a fic guide. There's the comm shades_in_black, but nothing Mirror related posted there outside of an reference post (http://community.livejournal.com/shades_in_black/729.html#cutid1). A lot of that is out of context, but I still think that it's cute.

On Steff's end, I'm trying to locate the post that explains how it went all to Hell for Star Trek. Hm... here it is (http://slwatson.livejournal.com/109288.html)! She has a fanfic guide (http://slwatson.livejournal.com/74556.html), but the Alter Mirror Universe stuff is mixed in with the general Mirror Universe stuff or isn't posted at all.
