KITT Will Be Back as Wing Commander Ichman in Alterac Valley: The Reckoning!

So, new Knight Rider movie? Will Arnett got dumped as the voice of KITT.

And was replaced with Val Kilmer.

First thought in my head?

"KITT is the god-damn Batman!"

On a complex side note, this now connects KITT to the movie Thunderhead Thunderheart, which alone brings the funny (mostly because a very certain dwarf rogue I know keeps watching Thunderhead Thunderheart for reasons he can't explain). If you want to do a little fandom connecting, this now connects KITT to the Red Green Show, via the infamous Graham Greene.

I find this extremely funny. I have my reasons.

Also, computer blew up a couple of days ago, may have lost a pile of data, now running on a shiny new hard drive! It purrs like a kitten.

What's even dumber is what started this - Arnett is a spokesperson for General Motors and the new Knight Rider is more or less an ad for Ford. GM wasn't happy.

ThunderHEART. The blood of the Six Pine Reservation hero, Thunderheart, flows through the veins of Val Kilmer's character. Cause he's a 1/4 Cherokee you know... Or was it Sioux?

And Graham Greene is the origianl reason for watching it. I'm always looking out for GG movies. Avoid Clearcut though.... Creepy.

So this means, KITT is now 1/4 Native American? And thus it and Graham Greene will co-star in an up going pro First Nation movie. Which I will watch.

Did I mention one of my Minors in University was Aboriginal Studies? And I discovererd that Graham Greene is actually not really cared for by many Canadian First Nations. They see him as a bit of a sell out. Something to do with that he likes to play Golf.

Okay, so I got the name wrong. :P I fixed it.

KITT is now 1/4 Native American and he and Graham Greene will recruit the help of Possum Lodge to defend native land. It will be amazing.

It doesn't shock me on the sell out thing. Once you're nominated for an Academy Award, that's pretty much it.
