Jan. 16th, 2002 11:18 pmI'm still alive!!!! Just really tired.
I wanna read Count Zero and Snow Crash, but there's a 45 dollar fine on my library card and I have no money. ::cries:: Cyberpunk is escapism for computer geeks.
"Whenever I heard the word Cyberpunk, I think of that Billy Idol album..."
-Alene from Writer's crap.
Exams start Monday. Ugh. Mom's pulling the net during exams so Katie will study.
Amanda and I got premission to riff "Don't Believe All You Hear" (or something like that). It's a SI MST3K fic about a friend of Joel's who sets off to find out what really happened to him, not believing Dr. F's story of Joel getting killed on the job. ::gags:: What makes people write this stuff?
Fanfiction.Net is down for the count AGAIN, but Web Site Number 9 is working. Strange.
I visited Booktelevision's website for no good reason. I found their little summary of Prisoners of Gravity very amusing:
In this acclaimed newsmagazine series, Commander Rick explores different themes as related to the adult art forms of fantasy, horror, comics, science fiction and computers.
I MiSTed this once, but I don't know where it went to.
