Hunted in reality, jihadists are turning to artificial online worlds such as Second Life to train and recruit members

Of note:
"Kevin Zuccato, head of the Australian High Tech Crime Centre in Canberra, says terrorists can gain training in games such as World of Warcraft in a simulated environment, using weapons that are identical to real-world armaments."

RIGHT. Because real guns need a swing timer and can shoot magic bullets every six seconds. I don't even have to AIM the stupid thing.

Remember, if you roll warlock, the terrorists win!

I would pay good money to watch if a terrorist shapeshifted into a giant owlbear and spammed moonfire. GOOD MONEY, I tell you!

You Australians are wacked, man.

Ah well. I'm opening a training camp on this LJ post. Want to join? We specialize in stink bombs and the theft of cookies.

It's not hard to like the idea. These things (http://www.wowwiki.com/Moonkin) on CNN would be so much cooler then... whatever CNN normally shows. Personally, I only watched it for Crossfire and stopped after it was cancelled. It was like The Jerry Springer Show but with more people in suits.
