That's just INSANE. It looks like a normal fight, until the 5 minute mark and what I'm guessing is Kael's phase change. It's scripted.

Yeah I saw that last night and I was like...O_o

...because one day I'll be at the fight (hopefully)and it does look cool. Always nice to Horde raiding videos. :)

Horde's cool, except the undead and blood elf half. I'd love to roll orc, tauren or troll, but I don't have the time to start from scratch at the moment. BUT OMG PEOPLE FLYING EVERYWHERE!!! Poor Horde.

Here's one of Vashj, but it's not as interesting (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O_p7K9WA4pk). That's probably because Vashj is the most mentally stable out of the Illidari, but this isn't saying much - Kael is completely out of his mind due to his addictions, Akama has a wackload of emotional baggage and Illidan's world has been slowly collapsing in on itself.

Yeah that's what I thought when I saw the Sunstrider battle; the music wasn't half bad either. :D

Illidan needs to find better friends...

Illidan sorta missed the boat in terms of friends, but I think the problem is his character has massive flaws. He's obsessive and for some reason, driven to "prove" himself to others. The result is that it's hard to figure out exactly what a "win" or a "loss" his for him. According to WoWWiki, he has an audio clip where he slams Maiev after the Black Temple fight, claiming that his death (or whatever) is a loss for her, because now her life has no meaning.

As such, I don't think Illidan is capable of being able to process if his inner circle is truely supportive of him or not.
