Okay, Steff, remember the discussion we had about the Centre maybe having a backup generator? Well, it doesn't have one.

For everyone else, today is just... whoa. Power just flicked out and came back on in the offices, but it did a full blow out on at least in the wing next to us. Toronto and the golden horseshoe are known to have sudden, violent pop-up thunderstorms in the summer. Now, maybe it's me, but I think they've seriously have gotten worse over the years. Bleh. I'm a touch worried, because the building has had some near-but-not-direct hits. o_O

And it figures that tonight I decided to stay late in town and hang out with Laura. It seems that EVERY time I meet up with her, it pours!

I think we're going to stay inside all evening unless we have to.
