teddogWord is that Teletoon acquired Space Ghost Coast To Coast. Again.
Let's see if they actually air it this time. The last time they got the series, back in the 1990s, there were ads but the show never aired at the last minute.
But, hey, maybe they'll start from the beginning with guests the nobody knows anymore, which would be funny. Here's hoping that it actually takes off. Teletoon is tossing this in The Detour, so I'm HOPING someone will watch it. Unlike most of the Detour shows, Space Ghost isn't the type of show that' "OMG! Cutting edge!". It's just GOOFY. It might just be the only show on the Detour you wouldn't feel bad showing to kids.
It's a good goofy, though. I don't suggest watching a pile of episodes at once, but one or two a week are fine. Moltar, the director and producer, is my favorite of the band of idiots. I don't really care for Brak, even though he's a fan favorite.
Sadly, we didn't get Cartoon Planet. Cartoon Planet actually manages to be more surreal than Space Ghost. Three words: HOT DOG MEN

I wish my father was still alive. He loved Space Ghost Coast To Coast on DVD and would have really enjoyed seeing in broadcast rotation. :(
