Mar. 28th, 2006 01:41 pmWell... the matter's almost settled now and it appears that I might be apartment shopping soon.
I've been getting really good input here; I'm finalist in the March Break Button contest. A little co-op student, in the running? Who would have thought? People from my department are voting for me! Fweee! I'm hoping that's a good sign, but I'll probably be throwing out resumes anyway. :-\
My uncle has bought a house, but it's out in Oakville. Which means I'll be S.O.L. if I don't find a place before June. I don't want to have to deal with a nearly 3 hour trip to my family's place everyday. So, want apartment. Jen's offered move in with me if she gets into college in the Toronto area, and with her getting OSAP (which will be higher if she's living away from home), that means someone to split the rent.
Here's something fun to ponder about: Everyone who has been offered full time work after co-op is OLDER. Hmm... very interesting, but stupid. Anyway, it's odd standing on the edge of 22 and wondering "Okay, what now?"
