I got a piece of spam entitled "Do you know who Bernardo is?" and it turned out that it was an ad for penis enlargement drugs.

Which wouldn't be so darkly amusing, except that most Canadians know who Bernardo is. As in "Paul Bernardo":

I'm not sure if it was randomly generated or not. If the spammer picked the name on purpose, I'll agree that it's the most disgusting piece of spam I've ever gotten.

If it was completely random... that would bring the universe to whole new levels of bizarre, given what the odds are of having that one name on that one email.
