Okay, it takes 600 mg of Ibuprofen to knock out my physical pain... which isn't good. That's pushing the daily limit in one dose. But, it leaves me able to work a double floor shift without pain (although I still tire out) and I only really need it for that 2 hour span. After that, it's office work and not a massive stress. Heh, I keep thinking back to the Slayers series and how "that time of the month" affects a person.

MENTAL stress is a different story. If I see one more kid in those stupid roller skate shoes (these blasted shoes), I'm going to toss them against a wall and steal their footwear. There's brats that wear them and skate around the Centre. Said brats crash into things or fall over and then their parents blame us! It's the Ontario Science Centre, not Scooter's Roller Palace! You don't need a warning that roller skates and escalators don't mix. I miss when people could take common sense into their own hands. I did stupid stuff as a kid, but my parents blamed me when I hurt myself because I was being an idiot, not the owner of the property.

The song "Down the Dolce Vita" amuses me, since it doesn't know if it wants to be the theme from an epic movie or wakachika music (MITCHELL!).

NOOOOOOOOO! Then I'll be forced to carry out my wrath on you too!

Besides, the shoes are nifty, but ugly and overpriced.

If you could find them for $20-$40, it doesn't sound so bad... and I actually like platform sneakers. XD I don't think they'd be the best choice for my next pair of shoes though... I should probably invest in something that fits my foot a bit better and doesn't crush my feet slightly after a day of walking. x_x;

Judging from what I've heard, the wheels are cheap plastic. I'd rather have a plain pair of shoes that fit good and hold together for $20-$40.
