I don't check on the official Red Green website too often, so I justed noticed this yesterday.

Mr. Used is about 5 or so block from my family's house, so I decided to poke around this afternoon. I brought a camera, but I failed to notice someone played with the settings and very few of the indoor shots turned out. There's some of note I included here and the outdoor shots might help some of you fellow fans find the place.

The place is open 9 (or 8 or 10? Somewhere in that range) - 5 on Mondays through Saturdays.

The area Mr. Used isn't what I'd call the greatest in the world, but I wouldn't be too worried about random muggings and whatnot. If you're really worried, just drag a friend along. This is Barton Street and despite the address, Mr. Used is located off on a side street. You want to turn up that small road between the car dealership and the Tim Hortons.

This is it. Don't let the "For Sale" sigh fool you. This place is still open for business. I have no idea how they'll move everything if they sell the building. This is where all the junk in Hamilton goes to die. Imagine a building where inside garbage day is every day of the year. Or imagine if Possum Lodge exploded and sprayed it's contents into a warehouse. Same thing.

The Red Green area is tucked away inside. I'm sure the staff can point you there if you need to find it quickly. Only the three sets you can see on the website are setup, plus some behind the scenes photos from Duct Tape Forever. There's a ton of props cramed into these spaces.

Sorry about the quality here, but I included these to show how close you can get to the props. I was at a taping back in October and while you could look at the sets from a distance, you couldn't come very close. Here, well... look at it. You could touch some of the props. Being so close allows you to spot some quirky details, like below...

I found this on the back of one of the set pieces. The Comedy Mill ran from 1986 - 1991 and was Steve Smith's show right before The Red Green Show. Does this mean that some of the Red Green sets are reused from Comedy Mill?

This was some distance away from the Red Green props. I found it looking around the rest of the store. Yep, that's the S&S logo on the side!

Apparently, Red Green merchandise can be bought at the store, but I didn't ask about what they carried. There's very little on display, so I figured it's all under the counter.
