It's all Christmas all the time here in Room 195, as we ring in the holiday season with... with... SOMETHING!

Okay, the only decoration I have is the sole snowflake I stole from the caf Christmas tree.

Anywho, after posting the Frantics christmas stuff, I've decided to do some more. During class today, I'm going to be uploading Mystery Science Theater episode 521: Santa Claus. Yep, watch as everyone's favorite ex-temp and two smartass robots rip apart a surreal Mexican Christmas flick. It has to be seen to be believed!

It figures on two things

A) Nobody plowed campus until this morning, even though it snowed Friday night.

B) The Marketing material for this semester feels just as hollow as last semester.

Oh, and Steff, I think it's safe to say that the world IS going to end. I found this entry today and... yeah. ::sits on IP&S Rick with a water canon:: No touchie my physics geek/pirate broadcaster, fangirl temptress! It reminds me of when we were talking about what would happen if stereotypical fangirls found PoG. It looks like they already did. And she's got an icon of Archie too, I think. ::Headdesks. Repeatly. And passes a shotgun to Karen.::

They may have gotten Red Dwarf, and they may be eyeing MST3K like rabid hyenas, but we're not letting 'em get EVERY SINGLE FANDOM that we love! (/Patton)

Actually, it didn't seem *too* bad. Just kinda giggly and bubbly. When she starts writing fanfic, then we have to panic. Unless it turns out that she's really good, in which case, that's absolutely great.

I would kill for good PoG fic, you know? And you know that I wouldn't randomly attack passing fangirls, even if I'm slightly defensive. I'M a bubbly fangirl, for crap's sake.

And my sister's friend came up with slash for PoG already, based of the idea that if you hate someone, you're really in love. The less said, the better. So, yeah, it has been done. Frankly, any pairing in canon PoG sits wrong with me except MAYBE Rick/Monica Hughes (http://womenwriters.about.com/library/blhughes.htm), even Rice. It's like pairing KITT with human characters. Awwwwkward.

That's more of the case than anything. None of the above is serious. If I have really scared, I would have defended the fandom and not my RP character. ShadowKnight Rick =/= Canon Rick. :P I find it's funny that there's fans younger than me; this girl is one year my junior.

And trust me, there's worse. The guy who wrote the fics that had Rick as the bestest best friend of a Gary Sue was worse, if only because of the random!Pokemon.

I am seriously jealous that she got to go to that event, though. When I found out about it, the tickets were all gone. ;_;
