Oct. 3rd, 2005 05:28 pmCops were at res last night. Lalala.
Currently packing for HOOOOME. Which is TOOOOMORROW. Yay! Plane! From the looks of things, I'll be bringing home some stuff.
Katers, I'm bringing back Hellsing 5-7, so you can look after those for me. You always do. Volume 7 was probably the most interesting volume yet. Victoria's backstory is more than a little "WTF? THAT came out of nowhere", and is very odd when compared to the general overall theme of the series. The series still is very "b-movie" ish, with Victoria's backstory being probably the only really serious, down to Earth point. Which is to say, it makes Victoria the most human and real character in parade of monsters and archetypes. (I think that's pretty clean for spoilers....)
But the latest chapter was just a big tease. Like many FMA chapters. I'm sensing a trend here. Aren't I smart?
Quote of the moment is from my sister Jen: "I love how the Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends has like all these different rooms and yet you never see half of them again."
