Hmm... otay... haven't posted in a while. The internet has been going up and down the pooperchute for the past weekend.

....

Now I have no clue what I was going to say.

Bought Planetes volume 2 on Friday, which is fun and awesome in ways that hard science fiction can only be.

I can't sleep right now, so I've been looking at coaster photos that make me go "FWEE!" and remind me that warmer days are ahead.

And trust me, after two winters in Thunder Bay, THIS IS A GOOD THING.

But yes, back to my love of t3h roller coasters. People are freaking over updated photos of the Mindbender coaster at West Edmonton Mall. Over 20 years ago, the coaster had a massive crash in which a car on the rolling stock derailed and smashed into concrete pillar at 40-something MPH. Of course, we can't let this die. And EVERY time this accident is brought up, some dickweed links to the lovely colour photo of the (covered) dead body laying beside the coaster tracks. Like we haven't seen it already.

You'd think I'd be used to it by now. Excuse me while I hurl.
