Which is, what it's like when a major exhibit is pulled down. Body Worlds 2 was being packed was today and is heading out for Denver. As soon as the exhibit closed down for the evening, the staff attacked the thing. By the time I showed up this morning, it was quite different than what it had been.

All around the centre were crates filled will the plastinate displays. Walking down to South C, I passed by at least 3 of these crates. It would be impossible to tell what was inside, except for the large German Körperwelten (Body Worlds) logo on the side. By the time guests started going through, the crates were off the floor and in storage. The signs explaining the exhibits are still around in there, but gathered into one or two corners.

The outside signage, for the most part, was down by the time we opened. All the Body Worlds pricing and hours signs are gone. The black walls and fabric hiding the exhibit from the rest of the centre are disappearing, to which I say: YAY! I hated how it mucked with the Great Hall. The Hall should be bright and airy, and instead it was so ugly and tight for the past few months. If we can get Cloud up and in there, it would be just great. Gimmie!

Next up is March Break. What is March Break here? Apparently it's a licence for Dave in Science to burn money. It's cases like than when you really need an icon that says "I really don't know, I just work here". HINT HINT Katie. :P ::goes to make a request::

I wish the day would end, though. I'm meeting [livejournal.com profile] urufudo after work and heading up to Pacific Mall. There's no way in heck I'm going to stick around for a little family reunion. Although, I'm getting free laundry out of it. My aunt told me to leave my unfinished laundry around and the magical elf that is her mother will finish it. Uh... it's good to be loved, I guess.
