All hail the Huss Giant Jump2! It is the new leader of Canada and soon, the world.

Guess what ride I fell in love with today? Sledge Hammer, of course.

Top Scans also rock my rocks, but lack the sheer geek coolness and HUGENESS of a Giant Jump2. Sledge Hammer is the size of a lighthouse. I wish we stayed after dark and got to see it lit up.

In other news, Midi likes eating socks.

I found more easy-to-access scanlations for Fullmetal Alchemist. I'm finally caught up to date.

And I'm now certain that I perfer the manga to the anime. The plots have really drifted away from each other, with the anime starting to wind down. The manga has way too many loose ends right now to finish right away: Al's new skills, Pride and the lack thereof, Scar's little life mission and characters from other countries showing up. Unless, something stupid happens, like Gluttony eats the whole world and everything ends.

As an added bonus, Roy and his posse are so much more badass in the manga. The fangirls whine about the lack of Ed action, but I've prefered the military gang since I first saw them in the original opening. The last few chapters have brought me much enjoyment and chapter 38 made me VERY HAPPIES! :-D

Spoilers for the FMA manga )

It is honestly breaks my poor brain to see how much FMA slash there is. Nothing else needs to be said about the topic.
