Jan. 6th, 2005 11:11 pmBlarg, my mom says I'm the only person in the world who is daydreaming out a media infrastructure for areas of Asia hit by the earthquake and tsunami. My idea is to build an structure that's cheap, stable and doubles as a warning system. Yeah, it's going to be a long time, if ever, that my sucky skills are needed. :-/
I got my late Christmas prezzie from Katiers - the CD re-release Frantic Times. The material is a little dated (Reagan dropping the bomb, etc), but still. Woo! Only one old-time radio show parody on the disk, an episode of Todd Booster: Space Cadet. Somehow, my twisted brain says Radio Parodies = Funny. "It's a beaker, Todd! It's full of chedder cheese! That's science!"
Heehee. Bob still does the weather on CKVR, even after all these years. He's gotten old. I, on the other hand, don't seem to age. I don't get that.
THIS IS INSANE. "Melissa" on the DS. The version from the first Game Boy Advance game was goofier, but this video includes Japanese office workers. o_O
