Happy Birthday to me!

I'm 21 now! I'm now legal in the US, which means nothing because I don't drink. or smoke or do anything questionable. I also have no social life and spent 6 hours yesterday working on a flash project.

So far I've gone MST3K stuff from myself and... that's it. I should be getting a job contract from my boss (if we remember) and a Fullmetal Alchemist marathon from non-roommate Amanda today and package from my family tomorrow.

See kids, this is why you should be in social circles, so you can do something of actual merit on your birthday instead of watching cartoons all day. But I like cartoons and I've been promised episode 37 first, cause this birthday girl has a thing for certain characters in uniform, but I digress.

So... hmmm... that's it. Go me and such

I'd still like Wacky Races or MST3K sets 1, 2, 3 0r 6, but 6 isn't coming out for a month. Or get me ANYTHING related to Kain Fury from Fullmetal Alchemist.

After seeing episode 37, I finally found an anime guy I can cling to. ^_^ You've got to see episode 37. It's the most insane thing ever! The animation does a good job at reproducing the very surreal nature of the original manga story. Plus... well, check out my next post. *giggles like a little school girl*

Fury gets the shaft in most of the anime. I think episode 37 is the closest he gets to a major role. In the manga, he's special because even though he's the youngest and lowest ranked (military-wise) member of the inner circle, but he's tech skills are miles beyond everyone else. He also saved Hawkeye from being eaten. In the anime he's just a hapless geek. I cried in episode 43. He didn't deserve what happened to him. I just hope he lives through the series. ;_;
