Today mom and dad asked if I wanted anything for grad. I didn't know what to say. I'm not really materalisic or like expensive things. I asked for Rush tickets, of course, and a concert shirt. That got a thumbs up. I want my Booktelevision access back, some new shades, a Genesis T-shirt. Oh and a Prisoners of Gravity shirt, but heaven knows I'll never find one. They were iffy one those.

I got a big fat no to going to England to see London, Blackpool Pleasure Beach and Alton Towers. Ditto for Busch Gardens Williamsburg.

That's no fair. I mean, Kaite's going to swim with the dolphins when she's done high school. Why can't I go ride some coasters?

Simple : My parents refuse to buy anything online, let alone something from Ebay.

I learned this sad fact when I wanted the MST3K episode guide a while back. I couldn't find it in stores here (I'm not surprised), so I asked if I could order it online from what was then Chapters.com. Boy, that didn't go over well. I was almost as bad as the time they found out about me tape trading...
