teddogMom talks to me on the phone and informs me she saw Prisoners of Gravity on this week.
I don't know if she was taunting me or just reminding me that it's still on the air in repeats.
But how much longer in repeats do we have? I want it to last forever, but it can't. Well... outside of IP&S that is. In that universe the characters can live forever happily. Outside of it, I want DVDS!

Speaking of IP&S, I believe that in some twisted way it may explain the whole "fandoms are against me" thing.
To explain that, well, have you ever heard of the "Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon"? It's a game where you can see how many people it takes to link a celebrity to Kevin Bacon. The fandom thing is a little like that. Most of my fandoms are interconnected. I didn't make them this way, they did this on their own. Of most note are Red Green, PoG, MST3K and the Maniac Mansion games, all of which fit into a tight web with each other thanks to shows like Freaks and Geeks and SCTV.
Since then I've found links to other strange things, like the X-Files based multi-verse that also features PoG characters (this is close to the TTPCTS Club character relationships ), and this.
The last one made me think, "Maybe the IP&S universe is a reflection of our universe, like an alternate history of the world. A 'what would have happened if?' deal." The loose relationships between actors and TV shows in our universe are close the relationships between the real people based on these characters in the other universe. Although, certain events in the Earth's history would have to be changed to create this alter world. For example, computer science is probably much more advanced in that world than in ours, to the point that some AIs have been formed/born with apparently little or no outside help. ^_^
Or something like that. It's a funny idea and if I had more time, I'd run if it. But I'm a college student who has little spare time. Blah.
I may rip me some Earthbound tracks at some point. I want some music from the battles and maybe the music from Winters. It's a shame that the .smc I have is partly broken. I can't play all the tracks, like the final battles and such. At least I have the Hippie Battle theme :-D
