pyat at lunch, which means that a grand time was had by all! Boxing week sale was on and the one. And the store had Aria 4, so you better believe I grabbed then and there. My poor credit card. Also snagged Higurashi 1, which I'm VERY excited to start reading. There's a lot more material in the comic than there was in the anime. Also... Keiichi's father is insane in the best possible way.
I looked for and couldn't find a copy of Ashbringer 3. I'm kinda weary of grabbing it - I didn't agree with how some characters were played out in part 2 and now that they're bringing... I dunno... all of Naxxramas into it. I've been poking around for reviews to see just who got brought in, but I'll be honest - I wants Heigan and Noth infighting. It's FUNNY. X) Anyone else following this series and have a copy of this yet? I guess what I want to know is are they portraying the Scourge as "human" and flawed, like in the DK starting zone, or are they doing the "ZOMG EVILLLLL" thing again? Actually, why do I bother asking. I probably already know the answer.
Also, solid Umineko 4 spoilers are finally coming out. In not really spoilerish stuff, It appears that the world its set in is an alternate version of the Higurashi world. Let's just say that someone else has appeared. In spoilers... The versions of Miyo and Rika in this world, Lambda and Bern, are actually really damn evil. Everything they've been doing has been a massive power grab, although the reasons why aren't clear as they're supposed to be two of the most powerful characters in the world. Also, odds are they're probably a couple.
Also, Battler isn't real. Yeah, I don't know EITHER, but it did confirm that Beato was in love with Battler all long and that Battler existence-but-not is connected to his sister. Huh? On an odd note, it's seems that the timeline reboots remove power transfers - Eva didn't have witch powers and Maria got them instead, which we all know was bound to happen at some point.
