Apparently, I cannot sleep tonight! More Maine pics! MORE!!!!

The spot.... in the early morning? I can't remember! The floating dock is in the lower right corner.

The bridge is ajar!

Here's the car, parked in the spot.

Another swing bridge, on the way to Boothbay Harbour.

And now, on the Eastwind. Here's the Bad Penny boat

Swells don't photograph well

Look at all that water

CREEPY FISHERMAN ISLAND. That house on the left is the only house there.

Strange focus on this pic.

I believe I overheard a chat about the lobster cages being on rafts like this. It's because the fishermen don't live nearby and can't take the traps home easily for cleaning. Or something.

Eastwind!

We went to the Harbourside for lunch. Steff ordered a sandwhich, the cook asked if she wanted white or brown bread. A conversation came out of it and she ended up with half and half.

The beach! I miss this!

The holes and tunnel

Inside the tunnel!

Out of focus sunset pics!

This one is nice. If it was on a lake and not a river, it would be Red Greenish.

And we end on another Wicked Whoopie note. I can't believe I ate the whole thing.

Thanks! And nope. Next time, I'm either getting a camera of a higher quality and a bigger memory card.

I was reminded of a MST3K, but both are equally obscure.

The nature of it all just captivates

Hi Rach,

I've experienced your photo's and Steff's, and have to agree with you about similar shots with different eyes.
Somehow, still mystifying to me, the photographer's personality really permeates & shapes the creations.
Such that even erstwhile near-identical pictures become distinct individuals.

Oddly perhaps, I like the holes & tunnels, Steff in sitting pose included.
Maybe I respond strongly somewhat, to nature shots.

Seems the beholder of photos also helps to form the final experience.
I think I viewed these same images already some time back, but only just moved to reply here.
Guess time & mood play their roles in appreciation too.

(And Wicked: I'm not allergic to peanuts!)
