In my package I got
- The new special edition Tommy Boy DVD. Tommy Boy is the best stupid comedy ever. And WOW, they went all out with the packaging.
- Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy DVD. While I didn't like it a lot as an adaptation of the books, it's a cute little movie on it's own. Plus, I love the movie version of Deep Thought. I would have bought the DVD myself just for her scenes.
- Genesis: the Video Show. *cries* I wanna watch it NOW. Oh well, I'll probably end up watching it to kill time at the airport.
- John Mellencamp hits CD. Heehee... blue collar American rock is my guilty little pleasure. You know that R.O.C.K. In The U.S.A. stands on it's own due to lyrical content... or not... come on, there's a song called Cherry Bomb. How can you go worry with that?
- Post-it notes. No reason for them, but they are useful to me for essay writing.
- HEADPHONES! ZOMG I LOVE MY FAMILY. My last set were being held together with tape.
- Various candy. It's all European or Canadian, so I'm not sharing with the anime club. And in the case of the Ritter Sport bars, no sharing AT ALL.
- Cards and stuff from my family.
Thanks to the folks back at home. I hope to see you all in a few hours. XD Mom and Katie are going to be at the Pearson airport waiting for me on the other end and since it's not quite prime travel time, I don't have to deal with fellow students that think that toolboxes are a carry-on or that slamming back as many drinks as possiable while on the plane is a fun idea. Drunks always hit on me, which is annoying. Last Thursday I had gay guys and hetro girls hitting on me. Why are the creepy freaks always attracted to me? And people wonder why I always say "I'm not interested".
Screw it, I'm watching Video Show now! *dies of the cheese* What were these guys on and where can I get some? Aw, they didn't include any animation on the original Turn it On Again video, but Phil can apparently bi-locate. Oh, and the trenchcoat theme from Keep it Deep shows up in other videos. o_O
