teddog....Right. Let's ship all them deaf people to a town of their own. Somehow, it's scarier because a private company is in charge.
The best part is the following quote from the story:
"Marvin Miller, who was born dead, and his mother-in-law M.E. Barwacz have been working for years to create the town."
