It's IP&A AU related and is an awesome little story that proves you can make any character in the world badass in the right universe, with the right background and the right challenge to rise to. ANY CHARACTER.
As for who that is in this case, you'll have to read it to find out. The AU version of him has amused me since 2006 and he's grown larger than life since then. Steff's fic here is just one of his moments of badassery. There are others!
