One thing I love about Toronto is I have a fairly nice shop craw for video games on the way home from work. At Dundas and Yonge there's a Future Shop, an EB, a Best Buy, a Game Shack and a HMV. Failing finding anything there, there's more stores to crawl through further up Yonge up and there's an EB and a Gamers just north of my home subway station.

And only one of them had Ace Attorney: Apollo Justice in stock. Had to grab it over at HMV, which cost me $5 more, but AT LEAST the DS games have finally caught up with the current Canadian dollar. I'm now paying in the $30 - $35 range for new games, with is about par with the US prices. I paid less for the first Apollo Justice game with tax than what the original sticker price was on the last Phoenix Wright game.

It's the simple things in life. o_O

I'm also up before 8am on a SATURDAY. What gives?

Crossovers?

[21:46] hglowe: Evil evil. You bitch. You sent me Tim Tams and gave me evil thoughts.
[21:46] hglowe: I love you.
[21:46] CommanderTeddog: But so awesome.

ETA: Steff mentioned it. I'm probably writing for it, under the IP&S filter.

And to clear something up, I seem to recall that the AU was spun off an idea she had for a prompt community, about Mike and Joel from Mystery Science Theater fighting in a civil war. I don't think anything came from this original idea, nor do I remember how it went from "Mike and Joel are soldiers" to "Mike is a mail carrier, Joel is a hermit and Rick is trying to get into the local herbalist's pants".
teddog: (Rick has TimTams)
I'm still posting IP&S material here out of context.

Want it in its own context?
