Cheap Video Games!
Mar. 1st, 2008 07:57 amOne thing I love about Toronto is I have a fairly nice shop craw for video games on the way home from work. At Dundas and Yonge there's a Future Shop, an EB, a Best Buy, a Game Shack and a HMV. Failing finding anything there, there's more stores to crawl through further up Yonge up and there's an EB and a Gamers just north of my home subway station.
And only one of them had Ace Attorney: Apollo Justice in stock. Had to grab it over at HMV, which cost me $5 more, but AT LEAST the DS games have finally caught up with the current Canadian dollar. I'm now paying in the $30 - $35 range for new games, with is about par with the US prices. I paid less for the first Apollo Justice game with tax than what the original sticker price was on the last Phoenix Wright game.
It's the simple things in life. o_O
I'm also up before 8am on a SATURDAY. What gives?
