Lunch time wandering... and wonderings...

Signal Loss is now over SIX YEARS OLD.

... yeah, I have no idea how it's lasted that long either, but there it is.

Iced red tea has finally made it up here in your average store! I found it as "Snapple Lighten Up! Lemon Red Tea". It's not the best ever but what are you going to do if you're Mormon? :P

Also, I haven't been to a Kitchen Table in a long time. Too long. My mother pointed out that it was kinda funny that I work across the street from a Kitchen Table, because my father's first office job was across the street from a Kitchen Table.

But, I remember that Kitchen Table as this tight and small little store that we sometimes got candy bars from. Granted, this is going on an almost 20 year old memory.

This Kitchen Table, however, was a high end convenience store, complete with an in depth grocery section and hot food line. The layout, however, is as tight and winding as I remember it, even if it wasn't the same store. I might get a candy bar later there, but the range of products is a touch, not worrisome, but slightly intimidating. When I think "convenience store", I think of that stupid College Park variety store that was up on James Street in Thunder Bay. The one that ALWAYS closed before you had the late night munchies, next door to the Domino's. The one with NORMAL food.

I go to the convenience stores around here and I'm baffled by some of the products. The people that live around here... they don't live like us.
