Another Greatest Thing Ever.
Jul. 28th, 2006 12:31 amI found this on Google while looking for something completely different. I can't remember what it was, because my brain melted when I looked upon the insanity of this. I understand that many times a restaurant features not one style of cooking, but two or more mixed together. That being said, they're usually not too distant in theme.
And then we have Tex Wasabi's Rock-N-Roll Sushi-BBQ.
Note the logo, a cowboy riding a koi. Some of the food also amuses me:
"Kemosabe Roll: Tapioca rice paper roll with sushi rice, BBQ beef brisket, french fries, crispy onions & a garlic chili mayo sauce."
I want to visit this place. It has the appeal of a train wreck; you can't help but think that it there's something very wrong about it, but you can't look away. I'd eat there. Seriously.
