Red Green Video Redux!

Me: I swear there were home movies in the interview!

Ahem. Here's a listing of the skits from the Best of Red Green video. I'm trying to connect the skits to episode numbers. "NEW!" skits were filmed for the video.

Some skits are so minor they don't show up in the episode guide and the official guide to episode four is really incomplete. And... Bob has had 5 wives? I thought it was 4.

Other odds bits of info:

Seaon 15 IS being filmed, even in the face of the CBC lockout/strike. The season was not canned. Plus, CBC is rerunning old episodes as filler during the strike. I caught "The Earring" tonight around dinner. Funny that the reruns NEVER cover the seasons I missed...

Season Two reruns start on Monday on Comedy Network. Be there! Oh, and I think S7S may have been the reason why Comedy Network was airing only seasons 3-6 before. The season 1 episodes they've been airing all now have the season two opener with the paint-by-number animation. The original opening is a lot more low budget. Not that I'm complaining, since we are getting old school Red Green. It's just... strange. It's not the opening I have imprinted in my brain.

FANGIRL IS ME!

After the fan moment to end all fan moments, Lisa, Mike, Jen and I (and maybe others) are going to try to get tickets to see Red Green. Mike's phoning in the morning. The plan is the October 5th taping at 9pm, so I'm leaving school early for Thanksgiving.

Okay, I figured that if the "chosen group" gets to cut class to visit Toronto, I can too. Plus, I missed my "birthday present" taping last year and this is the FINAL season. This is the last chance I'll ever have to see a taping.

We gotta get those tickets! I'm one big bouncing ball of fangirl glee right now. Mike suggested that I should wear a fannel shirt, lower my voice, tape my boobs and try to get on the Possum Lodge meeting segement. XD

Also, Mike is a massive Prisoners of Gravity fan. We were discussing Ninjas and Pirates and I mentioned the show and he freaked out. Mike has also met Rick Green in Indigo (Mike's old work), and as the story went by him "I told him 'Rick Green! I'm you're biggest fan!' and his wife said 'See, Rick, I told you that you had a fan'".

And this insanity followed...
Me: WHAT? Has everyone met Rick Green but me?
Lisa: I haven't met him.
Me: Good! You can join my pity party.

I can't sleep! I need to know if we're getting the tickets!
