(no subject)

Okay I was looking forward to episode 37, but I didn't realize how INSANE that episode is. Although it's filler, it's now my one of my favorite episodes, mostly 'cause it focuses on my favorite characters: Roy's subordinates. But, what really, really got to me was the little adventure that Falman and Fury have in the start of the second half. It wasn't the plot that got to me, but what Fury was wearing.

OMFGosh, he looks a bit like a young Commander Rick with that jacket! :-D

That really brightened up an otherwise sucky birthday. I'll rant about the narrowmindedness of people later.

PACKAGE!

I finally got my birthday package. The contains are a follows:

- The first book from A Series of Unfortunate Events. I'll assume this was from Katie, because she mentioned that she got a book.
- Glow stick googles/glasses and a Canadian flag pin. This are so from Jen.
- A whole truckload of CANDY! A bags of Hershey kisses, Clodhoppers, mini Hershey bags, Reeses, M&Ms minis, a single package of inside out Reese, and a box of cupcakes.
- The usual cards. The card from my siblings made my day.

ANYWHO, I hate certain people. There, I said it. Yesterday was my birthday and a few select classmates decided to use that as an excuse to rag on me. Apparently, I try too hard and this makes everyone else look bad.

That's the worst reason to hate someone I've ever heard! Oh wow, I'm an awful person because I run myself into the ground. As I told Rob, I wonder if these people would even care if they knew WHY I'm going that. Fine, I'll admit I'm not like other people, if that makes the rest of the world happy. LALALA, Rachelle is a social reject and I don't have a boyfriend, so I'm going to marry my work. The wedding is this Tuesday and everyone is invited.

It doesn't make sense. It's not like they would be fighting for the same placement as me. I don't think anyone wants what I'm aimming for.

Season 14 of Red Green

Sheesh, 22 Minutes is sucking hard this year.

Okay, the first episode of the new season of The Red Green Show aired tonight.. The show is getting more and more sitcomy, which is annoying.

The main plot was okay. I liked the product packaging ideas... but Possum Lodge has a university? Or did they drive out to Lakehead or something? The storyline felt a little short, which is better than the episodes dragging like they used to, I suppose.

Colin Mochrie's character, Frank(?), sucks. He's a hobbist that makes things out of hot dogs. Seriously, WTF? I understand that Possum Lake is home to some fairly whacked out characters, but this one just doesn't sit well with me. Hot dogs just aren't funny and neither was this skit.

The Adventures segment feels like a rehash of an older episode, which is a shame because I really like Bill and Walter together. Insanity x 2; it's kinda what happens when Lisa and I get together. Red got violent towards the end. o.O

The rest of the show was watchable, but nothing special. I'm not sure what to make of the new season. Things have been picking up with the show within the last season, but it still feels hit or miss.
