I went shopping for the last few things before leaving for the north... and I broke down and bought MST3K Volume 5. The package design, frankly, sucks. I've seen people at school shit out better designs than this. It's like they cut and pasted a bunch of clip art images and royality free photos together. I'm tempted to use it if I need a "how-not-to" package design for class. Ugggh.

I like what I've seen of the designs for Volumes 1-3 and I LOVE the design for Volume 4/ The Essentials (it's the same basic layout). Volume 6 looks like a winner too (drive-ins rock), but Volume 5 is nasty. Hopefully the episodes will balance it out.

I also got Katier's BD presents today. Like I'm going to say them, 'cause she's probably reading this. :-P

::points at cheapo icon:: I was feeling stupid, so new icon slightly PoG-themed icon to replace the yucky old one. Those guys were created using the South Park Character Creator. One night, a few weeks ago, Jen and I created ourselves, Katie and James and a couple of others out of sheer boredom. I managed to get a good TTPCTS/Subreality Rick and Nance outta it. The Rick amuses me so. ^_^ I don't think "geek" was ever used as an insult against them there, although I think it was used in IPS. Crossover icon! XD
