Words of Wisdom From the Family:
If you live in Canada, don't die. It's not worth the effort.
If you live in the United States, don't get sick or hurt. It's also not worth the effort.
I should be sleeping. Tomorrow is Taylor's birthday. We are going to the 'Falls. Next Friday I SHOULD be going to visit Lisa with Katie, but Lisa's higher-up is a butthead and won't give Lisa the day off. Therefore, we can only meet-up around 6:15pm. ;_;
If I sound cranky, you see, it's because I just learned tonight that my father was hiding quite a few personal family secrets from me. In short, odds are two more grandparents will be dead within a year.
Why do I even try anymore? As I've said to friends, I'm freakin' sick of having people I love and care about taken away from me. This has been going on since 2000 and so far I've lost 5 people. That's not a great track record.
Stupid factiod number can't-remember-anymore: My father didn't die of a heart attack as we first thought. It was an irregular heart beat, causing the heart to stop and all that crap. We won't know the exact reason why it happened because it'll be another 2 months before all the results come in from testing. I have my theories, since my father suffered from hyperaldosteronism, which is a big word for a rare disease nobody seems to give a shit about, one I'll have to get tested for throughout my adult life among other things.
I'm bitter.
