More Canadian Media Stuffs.
Mar. 5th, 2004 05:21 pmI'm sure an idiot. I never knew that the official Red Green website had an audio section with such cool stuff in it.
Glory of glories, IT'S A CLEAN OF THE "ADVENTURES" MUSIC LOOP! Poopie, it looks like they cut off the tail end, though. With that MP3, a working copy of Premiere and a video camera, a fan could do a lot of damage. Where's Jen when you need her?
::sniff:: You know, I really miss watching Red Green with the gang at home. It's not as fun without Jen and Dad. Neither is MST3K or Buckaroo Banzai or Space Ghost or Prisoners of Gravity. I miss my fan family! ::cries::
And SCTV is coming on DVD... but I'm not sure what to make of it.
It's being released in VOLUMES, not seasons, which sucks royally. I understand the theory behind this. The older seasons aren't as well known to Americans, so the release is starting with season four. Plus, episodes from this time ran 90 minutes long! You're never going to fit a whole season on that set and still sell it at a price people will buy.
ALTHOUGH, it should be known that the current set is priced at $89.99 US for only nine episodes. Yeah right. While I like some of the SCTV characters, it's not the strongest series in the world, so I'll think I'll pass on the set and just get a copy of Strange Brew on DVD. I'd enjoy that more, even with no Earl in it. :-/
Depending on what happens on Red Green tonight (the episode file is confusing me), I may do another review type thingie.
