The internet was down, there was nothing good on TV (why is it that Red Green isn't on the Fridays I'm home?), so I decided revisit the good ol' days by listening to Genesis albums and drawing one of my old characters from 2001.

I think that the results are okay. I've never really noticed too much of a change in my doodles before, but here's an old picture and the one I did last night to compare. I'm kinda embrassed to show my art in general, so please be kind.

Nance of the TTPCTS Club, circa Spring/Summer of 2001.

Yeah.... I'd like to say that's a fair amount of improvement. I was afraid to properly shade things when I was younger for some reason. The perspective is a little forced in the newer doodle, but that was the kind of look I was going for. When my friend looked at it and say "She looks like she's about to kill someone", I knew I had been able to get my original idea across.

So... any thoughts, suggestions for improvement, etc?

Even though Nance and whoever she's pissed off at probably doesn't exist in this reallity, I kinda feel sorry for the other guy for the pounding he's about to recive.

The silly thing is I'm not exactly sure who she's mad at. Nance has the temper and, in Subreality, the physical strength to cause massive damage, but I don't see her flying off the handle at a random person. The years in Reality 1 have made her favor verbal fights to physical ones, so the only characters I could see her becoming violent towards are those who try to kill/maim close friends. There's not too many of those left, I think.
