teddog: (I can't leave this office for a second)

Durr...

I've been having a migraine for the past, oh, day that comes and goes.

The only thing I can think of that's causing it is that I'm REALLY tense right now, but I have no idea why. Need to unwind and I don't know how, other than just flopping for a while and taking a nap.

Also, the fire rescue boat is in icebreaker mode out front. Or was. It looks stuck now. They're reversing.

Several folks I know have been having migraines the last few days, including me. It could be a combination of stress and the weather. Ever get a headache just before a storm? You could have barometric head!

You know, I think you might be right. It started clearing up this afternoon, just when I was getting used to the huge shift in weather from the nice weekend to the cold mid-week. I was noticing the source of some of the pain this morning and it seems sinus related, if you know anything more about a connection there.

Given that this weekend is supposed to be warm too, I'm suddenly worried about that.

Call in sick and do a MST 3K marathon. That will release the stress!
