At this point in the game, I almost have to make my own updates, although I do get new material in from time to time.

That said, the last time I cleaned out a lot of that site was summer 2005 and a lot of the information pages do need a tidying up, given that I know a lot more now than I did before. I've considered overhauling the design of the site, but better content is more important than looks at the moment.
