WHERE'S THE SNOW?! THE WEATHER SAID THERE WOULD BE SNOW!

They're calling it for tonight again... alas... ::is snowless::

Link is mostly for Kate, if she reads this thing, but it's a summary of one of the strangest Disney attractions ever. I didn't know it shut down last year, because it was one of the reasons I wanted to see Tokyo Disneyland.

Anywho, the attraction is a walk-through based on the villains and, in a strange twist, features the Horned King (the Disney version, at least) as the big baddie. Kinda shocking given how obscure The Black Cauldron is as a Disney. Given the nature of the translated script, there's NO WAY you'd ever see this at a North American park. Oh Satan's kiln... awaken and resurrect the soldiers of death? Yep, right at home with Winnie the Pooh and Mickey and friends.

Man, things are so sugar coated now.

There's some nifty photos, but most are black and white and it's hard to figure out what the images are of. They're probably stills from the video - it the vid is of the whole walk-through, I'll be really pleased. :)

As trite as it might sound, I like snow.
