So much for watching my weight. Go, go Food-and-Culture party! Let's see the strangest thing I can eat and keep down. :D

If anyone asks, this is going to be a "research trip". Hey, I'm taking a camera. Remember, this is the insane person that bought Buffalo-style fish because she has a food allergy to chicken, yet wanted to taste the what Buffalo-style was.

Well, once the festival is over, good luck on that weight-loss. I feel your pain on that one.

You're allergic to chicken? My condolences. However, if you do want a really good representation of buffalo-style, I'd suggest buffalo shrimp if you can find it. Fish doesn't capture the finger-food style of it, however I'll bet it got the messy part right. ^.~

Well, it's a bit more complex then just a chicken allergy. It's the side effect of a feather allergy. Kinda messy.
