Busy night or lack thereof?
My sister has a series of fluffy Rice drabbles set in Subreality. On vacation, I joked about the next part of it. Thus, this happened.
Too Far

“What did we learn from this misadventure?” the geek asked as he gently held Nan-Cy's hair back. It was now the morning after a late night and mornings after were never the most pleasant thing at the apartment.
The woman leaned against the toilet, slowly turning a pale shade of green. “Always wear a hair tie before going out.”
“Uhh... not quite the moral I would put up near the top of the list.”
“Don't say up. Or top. Or--” Nan-Cy shoved her head down into the toilet.
Rick went back to admiring the handsome bathroom tile work.

As for the past few years, I got pissed off at the state of the university system at McMaster and walked out at the end of 2002. I held a few odd jobs around Hamilton and decided to go to college. I ended up studying Multimedia Production in Thunder Bay from 2003 until last winter. Being stuck alone in the middle of the frozen arctic and having my father die in the summer of 2004 taught me how to grow a backbone finally. Did a couple of neat things up there, like write scripts for charity plays, ran a student server and helped found the college anime club. Believe it or not... do you remember Tom Russell, the gay drama student? He was up at the college too.
Anyway, from this January through last week I was in Toronto working at the Ontario Science Centre on their Digital Media team. Part of that was my co-op placement for school and some of that was a summer job. My contract ended, so I'm looking for work now, between doing lame little fangirl things. :B
How's life been to you lately? Sorry to hear that you and Tiff had a falling out.
Hey! You were at Anime North this year? Darn, we probably passed each other in the hall. I was there with my sister and a friend from college. Didn't dress up, though.

It's one of my greatest fears especially since i'm the only child.
But I'm glad to hear that you grown a backbone. I've finally aquired one of those as well these past few hellishes years.
What have I been up too- to be honest I'm still leading the dull life with the occasional drama bumps in the road.
After, highschool i've only kepted in touch with dina, tiff, amanda- the occassional online convos with nathan, rebbecca, mellisa, sherri, nora. I tend to run into people on and off.
8 months out of 12 I'm in waterloo. I travel back and forth at time due to work here in hamilton- I'm a Part-time receptionist at Parkview nursing home.
Lol U got me thinking what the heck have i been up too in 4 years.
I'm in the fine arts program- specialization is studio. I might have a minor in classical studies 4 credits off. 14 credits over all to complete my degree. I hope by then i'll be specializing in Digital Imaging. It's been a bit harder for me to adjust to life. Leaving Highschool when I was depressed and on the brink of a break down going away was something I need.
Dorm life is very interesting I'll tell u that O_O" that things u heard with corkboard walls.. shivers..
I've doubted a few times on dropping out or transfering to Mac to help my family buget out but, after going throught a very hellish period there and my family waiting for me to fail with in 1 year of being away at school. I told myself i'm going to prove them wrong. So, it's been quite the struggle for me- work load and stress of course tend to get to me at time but i'm pushing through and taking my time. Something My rents aren't enjoying since i should have graduated this year if i took full course loads. It's gonna take my 2 more years to complete the 14 credits and there all requirements towards my BA- So it's nothing but a shit load of art. 2 year cause I have to complete my Honours thesis. which is over a period of 8 months.
This past year I've Fallen in love and had my heart broken for the first time. It hit me hard First boyfriend first love- first bloody headache!!!! Boys are pains in the rear sometimes. But surprisingly we both reconciled ad are back together- it's been a year relationship..
Goes to U of Windsor- International Relationals Major- the odd BA- he's in 3 different faculties- Poli sci, history, and Econ. He's born and raised there. So now my Time is split between Hamilton, Waterloo, and Windsor.
Yes, I've started doing the anime cons just started like 2 years ago. First con was Anime North 05- very awesome but no one to go with soo i couldn't share my excitement with no one :(- then I've attented Anime expo in TO saw all those stars we see on tv or startrek and hercules ect.. pretty cool. Then my first cosplaying was at ANC in Chicago- I dressed as Etna off of Disgaea- My msn site has pictures posted from all the cons i've attented except Anime 06- I didn't dress up at this one either. I was only there on Saturday and Sunday.
Other then that nothing else really... I'm trying to get some experience in computer graphics or animation - muitlmedia since that what i want to do once i'm out..
Lol I'm a typer! dang... lol.. Well i hope I haven't bore u with my ramblings... I'm sick at the moment soo i'm dizzy and ferverish i got Tonsillitis.. soo i'm blah right now..
