I caught up to chapter 29 of the Fullmetal Alchemist manga. I need to find a better way to get scanlations 'cause I can't torrent jack on my computer.

I find that I like the manga a bit more than the anime, but only for the whole wrath/pride thing.

In the manga, King Bradley is homonculus Wrath. This makes sense because he's the leader of the Amestris, a country ruled by martial law, thus explaining why so many characters have connections to the military.

In the anime, Bradley is instead the homonculus Pride and Wrath is some little kid.

In both cases, I think that Huges was bumped off because he discovered that Bradley wasn't human.

Oh, and it appears that Jean Havok is all but dead at the end of the lastest manga chapter. FMA has a high kill rate. :-\

And Janet (AKA my second mother) ran off with half of my inari! GAH! Those cost me almost $4! ;_; In exchange, she's going to see if she can get me some seaweed. I like dried seaweed, but it's almost impossible to find. She's had some luck finding jars of it in the past, so she's going to to try to get me some before I leave for Thunder Bay.

Dang, my room is a mess. I need to pack.

You can find nori (sheets of dried seaweed) pretty easily here. ^^ I'm not sure if the seaweed you're looking for is loose leaf or not (probably is, I'm guessing), and I'm not sure if nori would be that different... but you can find it in the oriental foods isle of the Superstore. I think you can also get it at the little Chinese corner store on Algoma but Superstore would be easier to get to, I'd imagine. ^^

Hardly seems like August is half over. T_T I guess I better get my resume into the college pretty soon. I wish I could remember how I applied last year. o_O;

Oh no, not at the Stupidstore! I hate that place. The first time I visited, they kicked me out because I had a backpack and didn't have a loonie to put the bag in a locker (I don't carry loonies around with me because I need them for the laundry). The second time I went, it was only because someone from the first floor in res dragged me out when she NEEDED tofu. Only problem was that it was -36 outside. I suffered shock from being out in the cold for so long and nearly passed out later in my dorm. The dickweed never paid me back for the bus fare either.

Where is Algoma again? It sound familar, but I can't place it and I've misplaced my maps in my mess... I mean room.
