Oh man...
Worst Neopets Lookup EVER:

I sat there in awe of it for several minutes. Never before did I think someone could create something like that in their right (or left) mind.
I miss McMaster slightly. I never ever thought I would, but I do. And it's the stupid things that you miss the most, like how our English classrooms seemed to be always falling apart when down the hallway the buisness students had a shiney, new stock trading room. Or how the computer graphics lecture room didn't have proper ventilation, so the physical plant installed these little fans so we wouldn't pass out. Or how the designer of the student center thought that skylights would provide enough light, making it a very dark place until someone got smart and installed a proper lighting system.
What I remember the most was that little caf location in the basement of my English lecture hall. There were no windows and the place was decorated with bright orange paint and dark wood trim.
And how much was I paying to study there?!?!? Man, if you thought that places at Confederation College are bad, you should have seen McMaster University. Yuck. I would have had probably enjoyed Mac more if I lived on campus. It was a huge drain taking an hour long bus ride every day. I had no time or will to do homework. I still think I should have gone to Guelph. If only I hadn't lost that Calc credit in night school... even though Guelph has no cable TV in their dorms. :-\
I love my program at Confederation College and all. It's lightyears beyond what I got at Mac. I've just having the wishful winter blues is all. Personally, I don't like staying in one place for a long amount of time. At home I'd spend about a month on the road over the course of the year. Being stuck up north with no car kinda limits that.
Spring Break can't come soon enough.
