It's funny how Hallmark holidays lose their meaning so quickly.

ANYWAY, the cemetery is now my favorite playground, which is a major step up from not wanting to visit it at all. There's so many quirky things to see. For example, a guy three or so rows from dad has his volkswagen sandblasted onto his headstone. Some people have vases and lanterns built into their headstones. There's a patch of grass on dad's grave that never seems to grow. And, my personal favorite, there's a family buried by the roadway - Jake, Gladus and... Fang, the cat. I probably visit Fang very time I visit dad, which isn't that much, but still. ACCEPT FANG INTO YOUR HEART TODAY!

The cemetery was crawling with people today. I guess they weren't happy with us racing up and down the rows. Oh well. I was never one for keeping public ideals sacred.
