It's a known fact that many of the military characters in Fullmetal Alchemist are named after various aircraft. But, have you ever looked them up?

Amusing points:
The Henri Farman III is the oldest plane in the above list. In FMA, Farman is clearly the one of eldest military characters.
One of the sites I found on the Breda Ba-65 described the plane as "ugly, fat-looking". For comparison, this is what Breda looks like in FMA (his the guy on the right).
