Stupid store fears meh!
I wish this was real. Crossovers are fun! *sniff* Someone better write a ficcy based on that!
“What a particularly delightfully Demonic Machine, I shall call her Bob.”
There's a quote for ya!
Yay! After two weeks we have food again. I must remember that shopping with Mandy and Anne is a bad thing. First, we got sucked into the mass of evil which was the non-food side of the Stupidstore (the Real Canadian Superstore for you not of Thunder Bay). We spent a good amount of time playing with toys. They had Sea Monkey sets! One day I will raise a Sea Monkey and name him Banjo, because I can.
Then, when we decided that we should get some food, we ended up in the candy section. It's safe to say that at least $20 was dropped there between the three of us. This also happened with Shoppers Drug Mart once. We walked in to get Anne some toilet paper and left with $30 worth of snacks. But the Stupidstore had imported Flakie bars! And lots of Ritter chocolate bars, but I didn't bother with those. Heck, I bought cookies today and I rarely buy those. They are the nice chocolate-covered butter cookie kind. I've never found them up here before.
Usually my food supplies cost about $10 a week. This is enough to cover bread, instant noodles, and some form of fruit product. Today I dumped $23 dollars, which sucks because that was comic money for Thursday. Added costs of today:
-chocolate bar
-Halloween candy
-cookies
-bagel bites
Plus the apple bag I bought was a LITTLE big. Come over if you need apples, 'cause I've got enough to feed half of res.
I'm going to have to go to Northwood sometime soon, since Stupidstore doesn't have any laundry soap tabs. I thought those were common place now! Try to make your life easier and the world doesn't want to help you.
