FINALLY! (Why I have no life part... I lost count)

After playing Neopets for over 3 years, I finally get a random event actually worth something.

I was working on my text adventure generator thingie and this event popped up that Gruen found a Mootix petpetpet.

Gruen is my Gelert Nance's (Notice a naming trend... heh) petpet Green Tentacle and a Mootix is a little creature that could land me 400000 neopoints if I resell it or I could get an avatar if I managed to get it to "attach" to the petpet.

(Brief explaination to non-Neo players. A main pet is uhh... a "pet". In this case, Nance the Gelert. Pets can have pets of their own, which are known as "petpets". Petpets can have fleas/pests known as "petpetpets". That's a lot of pets)

I figured that I might as well attach the darn thing. Attaching is a long and painful process, so I did it the MiSTie way: I opened up my TV program, put on a copy of Shorts 2, then went to IE, went to my Neopets inventory and tacked down the refresh key. I postioned the windows so I could keep an eye on the refreshing and watch MST3K at the same time.

By the time that the first train safety short finished, the mootix had attached.

Keeping in line with the whole naming thing, I suppose you may now call the Mootix "Rick". XD
